Our association has been working with Custom Meeting Planners since 2006 and previous to that with Jamie in another position. We are different than many of the groups that Jamie and Tammy work with in that we bring in not only national level speakers but international as well. Custom Meeting Planners has aided us in our ability to do that and has been a major factor in MTCCCA growing from under 500 members to well over 700 during that time period.

The Midwest Consortium on Problem Gambling and Substance Abuse (MCPGSA) enlisted the services of Custom Meeting Planners in 2013 to provide administrative and conference planning services for the annual MCPGSA conference. Since then, the success of the conference has depended, in part, upon Custom Meeting Planners’ expertise in effectively managing event logistics with the hotel, menu planning, travel and lodging coordination for speakers, and administrative services at registration and throughout the planning process. The Missouri and Kansas chapters of PRIMA (Public Risk Managers Association) have partnered with Custom Meeting Planners for several years for our joint annual conference. Tammy and the other CMP team members are a joy to work with. By allowing CMP to focus on the nuts and bolts of the conference, our members are able to focus more on content and creating positive experiences for all attendees.
