Can we hire Custom Meeting Planners for only certain services?

Absolutely! We know that not all groups and organizations operate in the same manner. Whether you need us to handle all of the logistics or just a few tasks, Custom Meeting Planners can assist you in any capacity.

How much involvement is needed from my staff or me?

Your involvement in the planning process is completely up to you. Our goal is to limit the amount of time you have to spend on the logistics of the meeting and allow you to focus on other important tasks. Our staff will benefit from talking with you about your previous meetings and what your goals and expectations are for future events.

Do you plan meetings outside of Missouri?

Yes, we will plan meetings anywhere in the world. Our experience and extended contacts allow us to take your meeting anywhere. We are happy to assist you in finding a location that will work well for all of your attendees, or we can work with a pre-determined location.

Our meeting is rapidly approaching, so do we still have time to hire a meeting planner?

Ideally, the more time you have to plan a meeting the better. However, if you should find yourself in a pinch with a short planning time frame, we can most certainly help. Our professionals are skilled and available to work on short notice and under pressure.
